Patrick AMEIL
- CFO -

The company in question manufactured information transmission cables. These are low voltage cables used in sectors such as telephony, IT, medical, defense, aeronautics, automotive, space… etc This “five-legged sheep” produced in fact what the bigger players in the industry did not want to manufacture because of small volume or unacceptable deadlines.
Patrick was part of General Management of this group – initially composed of five different legal entities, 3 factories in France and abroad and a head office in Paris – for 30 years. During this period, they successfully purchased four industrial companies and created two companies in Tunisia.
Group turnover increased from €5 million in 1990 to €28 million in 2019, with staffing increasing from 70 to 150 people. Patrick was more specifically responsible for the financial, accounting, cost control and information system sectors of the group. He was also responsible for the Tunisian subsidiaries, a factory in France and a trading department. The group was sold successfully in 2019 and Patrick AMEIL joined OREGONTherapeutics in 2020 as CFO.
